Build scalable legal operations using AI and automation, manage outside counsel and budgets, establish governance and risk frameworks, and support the company’s national ticket marketplace from its New York City office.

Own and ship full-stack systems across .NET APIs, React/Next.js web, and React Native mobile. Design databases and APIs, optimize scalable production services, build third-party integrations, and improve personalized marketplace experiences. Use AI coding agents to accelerate development, testing, code review, research, monitoring, and automation. Apply data-driven decision-making while working autonomously on systems handling real traffic and financial transactions.

The Software Engineer will contribute across the full stack, utilizing AI coding agents, build APIs, improve workflows, and automate tasks while collaborating with senior engineers.
