Lead lifecycle strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push. Build and optimize journeys (onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation), define segmentation and lifecycle stages with data partners, own ESP/CRM configuration and deliverability, develop AI-driven automation and tooling, and measure impact on revenue and lifetime value through testing and reporting.

Own and optimize paid search end-to-end: audit account structure and tracking, run disciplined test-and-learn programs, build AI-driven automation for bidding and reporting, manage day-to-day bidding/pacing, measure incrementality and attribution, partner with engineering/data/creative, and optimize toward CAC/CPA/ROAS/LTV.

Build, deploy, and maintain production machine learning models to predict business outcomes; support experiments and forecasting of product/features; analyze large transactional data to identify marketplace optimizations; collaborate with product, growth, and engineering to drive experiments into production and communicate results to stakeholders.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own systems from database to production, work full-stack using C#/.NET, React, and Azure, optimize APIs, and leverage AI coding agents for workflow efficiency and automation.
