Manage and grow The Tie's social media and content across X, LinkedIn, and the company blog. Produce market commentary, onchain insights, newsletters, and product announcements. Collaborate with research, data science, and creative teams to turn technical data into clear thought leadership, visuals, and campaigns targeting institutional crypto audiences.

Manage and grow relationships with institutional crypto clients, support pre- and post-sales, drive upsells and net revenue retention, maintain CRM, build client dashboards/watchlists, communicate product updates, and relay client feedback to product and sales teams.

Serve as primary contact for corporate access clients, deliver high-touch relationship management, coordinate webinars and events, connect protocols with institutional investors, track client engagement, and work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities.
