Lead TLC’s US partnerships and commercial strategy by acquiring and negotiating strategic brand partnerships, developing scalable loyalty offers and experiences, supporting enterprise client growth, and driving portfolio revenue. The role manages senior stakeholder relationships, partners with sales and strategy teams, establishes operational processes and KPIs, and coaches a growing Partnerships and Commercial team.

Manage end-to-end digital and loyalty campaigns for clients: define strategy from data and insights, own client relationships, report on web performance, collaborate across sales/creative/tech teams, and identify commercial growth opportunities.

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects and campaign implementations, coordinating website builds, CRM/API integrations, testing/UAT, performance analysis, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver loyalty and promotional programmes.
