Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, support pre-sale government opportunities, and establish governance and reporting processes. The role requires direct federal program delivery experience, strong stakeholder influence, knowledge of government procurement and contracting, and willingness to travel for customer and program needs.

Lead and manage regulatory licensing and export-control programs for spacecraft and Earth-observation operations. Develop export classifications, licensing strategies, Technology Control Plans, and governance frameworks. Advise on international collaborations, supplier engagements, and mission compliance. Partner with engineering, operations, legal, security, and executive teams to integrate regulatory requirements across product lifecycle, launches, and global expansion. Build training, policies, and monitor emerging regulatory changes.
