Supports day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, recordkeeping, policy updates, performance-management cycles, employee inquiries, HR reporting, training, engagement initiatives, and People team projects. Maintains confidential employee information, audits HR data, coordinates documentation and system access, and helps improve processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and familiarity with HRIS, payroll, benefits, employment compliance, and Google Workspace.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and assist in forecasting and budgeting.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will lead full stack development, mentor engineers, refactor services, and uphold system performance and security standards in a hybrid work environment.

Supports A&R research and artist outreach by identifying emerging artists, analyzing charts and platform trends, preparing scouting reports, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, and assisting with submission administration for music distribution projects.

Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns for artists and music releases across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Manages targeting, budgets, creative rotation, reporting, release timelines, assets, UGC creators, usage rights, and payments. Researches music and platform trends, coordinates with artists and internal teams, and supports broader campaign strategy and budget planning.

Evaluate and underwrite music catalog, label, and artist advance deals through DCF modeling, royalty diligence, deal-structure analysis, and scenario testing. Prepare investment committee materials, support negotiations, monitor portfolio performance, track recoupment, and identify post-close variances. Analyze streaming and royalty data, verify ownership and rights, assess risks, and improve pipeline and investment analysis infrastructure.

Act as Too Lost's representative in Asia to source and onboard independent artists and labels. Verify rights and metadata, pitch product suite, resolve ingestion and delivery issues, perform post-ingestion QC on DSPs, and optimize catalogs for revenue. Manage stakeholder communication, lead generation, and move clients into higher-tier services to grow market share.

Act as Too Lost's LATAM A&R representative to source and onboard independent artists and labels. Verify rights and metadata, pitch product suite, generate leads via cold outreach, resolve ingestion/delivery issues, perform post-ingestion QC on DSPs, and advise on catalog monetization to maximize ROI.
