Lead and scale HR strategy and people operations across a multi-state home healthcare organization. Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, workforce planning, HR systems, leadership development, and organizational growth. Advise executives, build scalable policies and infrastructure, support acquisitions and location integrations, and lead the HR team. The role requires hands-on executive leadership and regular travel to company locations.

The HR Strategic Partner will align HR-DOL laws with policies, manage hiring and onboarding, draft HR documents, and advise clients on HR best practices.

Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Home Health Aides, resolve callouts and coverage gaps, verify EVV, investigate missed visits, maintain records and communicate with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams to ensure continuous home care and compliance with policies and payer guidelines.
