Own end-to-end, high-volume BDR recruiting for sales classes across New York and Nashville. Manage candidate screens, interviews, engagement, offers, hiring timelines, and recruiting metrics. Partner with Sales leadership, People teams, and an early talent recruiter on campus recruiting and pipeline development. Maintain an efficient, organized, and positive candidate experience across parallel hiring processes.

Own daily workplace operations across NYC, Boston, and Nashville offices, including supplies, vendors, mail, equipment, space upkeep, and internal processes. Plan culture events, support onboarding setup, welcome visitors and employees, and coordinate travel between offices. The role is based in Brooklyn five days per week and requires occasional travel to Boston and Nashville.
