Provide first-line client support for a futures brokerage and prediction-markets platform through Intercom, email, and tickets. Assist with account setup, verification, funding, withdrawals, platform navigation, market explanations, and troubleshooting. Document interactions, track compliance questions, escalate technical issues, and identify recurring client concerns for product and operations teams. Support clients accurately during high-volume live events while collaborating with compliance, risk, and operations.

Supports compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting for a futures brokerage under CFTC and NFA oversight. Responsibilities include maintaining reporting and recordkeeping registers, preparing filings, assisting with AML risk profiling and transaction monitoring, reviewing marketing materials, documenting procedures, supporting staff training and NFA exam readiness, and coordinating compliance processes with internal teams.

Lead and grow a backend and full-stack engineering team responsible for Tradeify’s live trading platform. Partner with Product and Engineering teams on platform integrations, architecture, delivery, code quality, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and incident response. Remain hands-on through code reviews, design guidance, and technical problem solving while managing performance, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional communication.

Lead the engineering team building Arcnine, Tradeify’s real-time trading platform from development through launch. Hire and develop engineers, guide architecture, partner with Product and Design, remain hands-on with code, establish quality and delivery practices, and own reliability, observability, and incident response. The role also contributes to company-wide engineering standards and communicates progress, risks, and needs to founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
