Emerging Markets Product Management Interns support product development, enhancements, market and client trend analysis, testing, and implementation for electronic trading solutions. They collaborate with Sales, Technology, and business teams while developing knowledge of emerging markets, market structure, and electronic trading. The internship includes classroom learning, project-based work, mentorship, and potential consideration for full-time employment after degree completion.

Finance and accounting interns gain hands-on experience analyzing financial data, supporting core accounting and finance activities, and contributing to strategic projects across teams such as tax, treasury, forecasting, corporate development, and reporting. Participate in a corporate internship within functions such as Audit, Compliance, Risk, Cyber, or Marketing and Communications. Gain hands-on experience through classroom learning and project-based work while collaborating with technologists and business experts. Analyze problems, develop action plans, manage multiple projects, and learn about financial markets, electronic trading, and market structure. Interns may be considered for full-time employment after completing their degree.

Supports regulatory and voluntary sustainability reporting by collecting, validating, and consolidating data; maintaining reporting documentation and controls; investigating discrepancies; coordinating with data owners; evaluating reporting technology; researching AI-enabled solutions; monitoring emerging regulations; and tracking reporting deadlines, risks, and data gaps.

Lead the firms data risk management function: design and implement enterprise data risk frameworks, enforce controls across data lifecycles, oversee AI/ML model-data risks, map and mitigate risky data flows, drive incident RCA and remediation, and embed data risk into firm governance across technology, operational, and model risk domains.

Lead the creation and execution of an enterprise Data Governance program: define ownership models, policies, standards, data quality/lineage/security/privacy controls, AI data standards, risk and regulatory reporting oversight, governance KPIs, and select governance tooling while driving cross-functional adoption and senior stakeholder engagement.

Develop data-driven insights, predictive models, and analytical tools for U.S. Rates trading. Build dashboards and applications, leverage AI/agentic tools and ML techniques, partner with product and sales, and identify revenue-generating data products to drive strategy and improve client outcomes.

Support Tradeweb's institutional digital asset trading platform by defining market structure and product requirements across execution, settlement, custody, counterparty onboarding, collateral management, and post-trade operations. Act as subject-matter expert on crypto market structure, liquidity, exchange connectivity, and custody; partner with product, engineering, QA, security, and infrastructure to deliver scalable, institutional-grade trading solutions and evaluate emerging tokenization and prime brokerage trends.

Lead and oversee cyber risk management and governance within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Maintain cyber-risk register and controls, manage third-party cyber assessments, support audits and regulatory exams, report KPIs to senior management, mentor junior staff, and drive policy, standards, and program delivery across the firm.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot FIX connections and integration services for clients and vendors. Onboard and certify connectivity, monitor FIX sessions and message flows, diagnose and resolve production issues, collaborate with product and development teams, perform data-driven analysis, and maintain documentation and client relationships to support electronic trading workflows.
