Provides Level 2 operational support for Quote-to-Invoice processes, resolving complex tickets and system errors, structuring smaller deals, and clearing quoting, deal desk, and order management roadblocks. Analyze and reverse engineer Android applications and SDKs using static and dynamic techniques. Identify security risks, malicious code, data leakage, device and user threats, and vulnerabilities. Use tools such as Jadx, Ghidra, Frida, IDA Pro, and Burp for APK and binary analysis. Conduct threat intelligence research, develop SQL and YARA signatures, analyze network traffic, and collaborate with security researchers and developers on security recommendations.

Lead Skyhigh Security’s global Sales Engineering organization, aligning teams with go-to-market strategy and driving technical excellence, enablement, operational performance, and revenue outcomes. The role oversees KPIs, forecasting, field readiness, partner enablement, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. It also serves as a Field CTO, translating product strategy into customer value, influencing the product roadmap through market insight, and developing globally distributed sales engineering teams.

Provides cyber threat intelligence services for a customer at Fort Belvoir. Conducts intelligence requirements development, OSINT collection, all-source research, threat analysis, and reporting. Supports SOC operations, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and 24/7 monitoring. Tracks threat actors, malware, attack vectors, and TTPs; maps cyber activity to global events; prepares RFIs; and briefs technical staff, executives, and senior government leaders. Collaborates with customers, Trellix teams, and partners as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

Leads a team of eight Public Sector Customer Success Managers supporting federal, defense, intelligence, and state and local government accounts. Responsibilities include coaching, retention and expansion strategy, cybersecurity solution adoption, success plan execution, account risk management, CRM and Totango governance, executive escalations, and cross-functional coordination with sales, services, support, product, and technical teams. The role also oversees portfolio health, government procurement alignment, and customer value realization.

Lead and scale a global channel sales organization to drive partner-sourced revenue through distribution, resellers, systems integrators and MSPs. Develop and execute global channel strategy, refine programs, enable partners, set KPIs/OKRs, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet quarterly and annual sales targets and margin goals.

Lead and execute analyst relations strategy to shape market perception for Skyhigh Security across SSE, AI and data security. Own major analyst evaluations, manage analyst briefings and inquiries, influence analyst reporting, and integrate insights into product, sales, and marketing strategies.
