Provides administrative, operational, and project support for firmwide inclusion and belonging initiatives. Coordinates meetings, events, affinity group activities, communications, budgets, surveys, records, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports Inclusion Team members, committees, leaders, and internal partners while maintaining confidential information and tracking engagement outcomes. Requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a professional services environment.

Supports marketing and business development initiatives for the Private Equity and Investment Funds practice. Conducts market and client research, develops pitches and RFP responses, coordinates events and sponsorships, supports thought leadership and legal directory submissions, manages marketing databases and matter data, and promotes attorney expertise. Collaborates with attorneys, communications, practice management, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple deadlines and client inquiries.

Supports eMerge legal operations by coordinating matter intake, status tracking, budgets, estimates, rates, reporting, workflows, and client communications. Analyzes operational metrics, identifies process improvements, develops dashboards and recommendations, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, supports tool rollouts and training, and maintains confidential documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, data analysis, and familiarity with eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal operations.
