Trove Benefits Overview

Build and lead Trove’s finance function as its first full-time finance hire. Own FP&A, establish financial systems and a reliable source of truth, create rolling forecasts and monthly profit reviews, uncover business insights, define key metrics, and advise the CEO and team on resource allocation and growth. The role requires experience in e-commerce or gaming, digital or physical inventory, startup finance-building, and implementing AI tools.

Handle customer support across tickets, email, and social channels while maintaining fast response times and clear queues. Own the help center and macro library, identify fraud and high-value issues, surface recurring customer trends, and provide voice-of-customer insights. This hands-on role requires building support processes from the ground up, using AI tools efficiently, and delivering empathetic, on-brand communication.

Own Trove’s retention marketing function end to end, including CRM and lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, promotions, rewards, testing, reporting, and retention KPIs. Partner with founders, design, and engineering to build automated systems, optimize repeat purchases and lifetime value, and create a data-driven retention engine. The role requires hands-on campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, with emphasis on rapid experimentation and responsible incentive management.
