Leads Trustly’s global Total Rewards function, shaping compensation philosophy, managing pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and developing reward analytics for workforce planning and cost forecasting. Partners with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy, workforce modeling, and cost control across international markets, with particular attention to European reward governance. The role balances strategic leadership, analytical depth, operational execution, and competitive, fair, transparent reward practices in a scaling fintech environment.

Serve as the strategic HR partner to US and global commercial executives. Build GTM compensation architecture, OTE ranges, quota frameworks, and incentive plans with Revenue Operations and Finance. Lead talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, organizational design, headcount strategy, employee relations, and executive coaching. Establish scalable people processes and advise senior leaders through rapid growth and organizational change.

Leads Trustly’s global Revenue Operations and Enablement function, consolidating fragmented regional processes into a unified GTM operating system. Owns CRM architecture and governance, forecasting, KPIs, compensation structure, territories, quotas, enablement, sales kickoffs, and GTM communications. Builds standardized global processes while preserving regional execution flexibility, improves seller productivity and ramp time, and applies AI to prospecting, forecasting, enablement, and CRM intelligence.
