Provides executive and operational support to the Heads of Community Trust and Policy, Outreach and Education. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, confidential communications, meeting and event logistics, operational planning, headcount and budget coordination, process improvement, and executive meeting support. The Strategy & Ops Senior Manager will drive strategic planning, operational support, and business reporting for Twitch's Ads business, collaborating with multiple teams and managing senior-level initiatives towards growth and monetization.

Work on Twitch Monetization to measure feature impact, design and analyze A/B experiments, apply causal inference and quasi-experimental methods, build pricing/segmentation models, and maintain dashboards and reporting to inform product and revenue decisions.
