Manage end-to-end onboarding of new 401(k) plans: draft and verify plan documents, coordinate payroll integrations, track cases and SLAs in Salesforce, serve as primary contact for sponsors/advisors, ensure ERISA/IRS compliance, troubleshoot payroll issues, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs and escalations to the New Plan Team Lead.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new 401(k) plans: draft plan documents, coordinate payroll integrations, monitor go-live contributions, maintain case records in Salesforce, communicate with sponsors/advisors, ensure compliance with ERISA/IRS/DOL, and escalate complex issues.
