Provide technical support for enterprise customers using Unframe's AI solutions: investigate and resolve issues from triage to resolution, analyze logs and system behavior, use AI tools in investigations, document findings and playbooks, and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Lead a team of Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver enterprise LLM-powered AI solutions from 0→1 through production. Work with customers to identify high-ROI use cases, set success metrics, drive execution, and push for reuse and productization while mentoring PMs.

The Business Development Representative will focus on cold calling and email outreach to qualify leads, set up meetings for the sales team, and manage CRM activity.

The Solutions Engineer will demonstrate AI-powered solutions to prospects, conduct technical discovery, and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities include delivering demos, translating pain points, and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of LLM-powered solutions: partner with enterprise customers, define specs and prompt/context structures, collaborate with engineers and AI specialists, and scale reusable platform capabilities to drive production deployments.

Design, implement, and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications on Unframe's platform. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor solutions, extend platform and UI/UX, integrate AI capabilities, and write clean, tested, maintainable code for production deployment.

The VP of Marketing will lead the global marketing strategy for Unframe, focusing on demand generation, product marketing, PR, and organizational development within an AI technology context.

Lead and scale Unframe's partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline, close partner-influenced revenue, recruit and enable strategic partners (SIs, hyperscalers, channel), build repeatable co-sell motions, hire and run a partnerships team, and align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps. Frequent travel (~30-40%) to represent Unframe at partner and customer meetings and events.
