Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to build enterprise LLM-powered solutions from 0->1. Own a portfolio of customer deployments, define success metrics, prioritize across engagements, drive production delivery, and push reuse and productization while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Lead technical discovery and demos for enterprise prospects, translate pain points into LLM-powered solutions, present architecture and value, and feed customer insights to Product, Marketing, and R&D to shape the platform and sales strategy.

Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles across global markets. Source candidates proactively, partner with hiring managers to define requirements and processes, manage candidate experience from first contact to offer, track hiring metrics, and implement recruiting tools and workflows.

Hunt and open enterprise accounts by securing C‑suite executive engagement. Build multi-threaded relationships across transformation, IT, and data functions, partner with Regional GMs on account strategy, craft insight-led outreach, represent the company at executive events, and evolve outbound playbooks to generate strategic pipeline and hand off opportunities to closers.

Lead delivery, adoption, and expansion of Unframe's LLM-powered AI solutions for enterprise customers. Manage multi-stakeholder projects, coordinate internal teams, measure adoption and business impact, run enablement and training, and surface new use cases to drive platform expansion and inform product roadmap.

Design, implement, and ship full-stack AI-powered applications on Unframe's platform; collaborate with product, customers, and research teams to extend platform and UI, integrate AI into production, and deliver clean, tested code.

Provide technical support for enterprise customers: investigate and resolve issues from triage to resolution, analyze logs and system behavior, reproduce bugs, use AI tools to speed analysis, document solutions and playbooks, and share product feedback with Product and Engineering.

Lead and scale Unframe's global partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline, recruit and activate strategic partners (SIs, hyperscalers, channel), build repeatable co-sell motions, hire and manage a partnerships team, align cross-functionally with Sales/Product/RevOps, and drive partner-influenced revenue. Frequent travel (30-40%).
