Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle delivery of complex technology products and platforms. Partners with engineering, UX/UI, executives, agents, and operations to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, manage releases, and optimize product performance. The role drives modernization, integrations, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional execution while mentoring product managers and influencing senior leadership.

Leads the end-to-end operation of a large-scale creator ambassador program, including application and selection cycles, onboarding, campaigns, alumni engagement, reporting, risk management, scope control, and financial tracking. Serves as a senior client-facing partner, coordinates legal, technology, research, and creative operations, maintains program infrastructure and schedules, and mentors project and creator relations teams.

Manages finance and operational workflows, including invoice payments, remittance reconciliation, vendor and client onboarding, employee access processes, and product placement operations. Builds Airtable schemas, automations, dashboards, and process guardrails; supports Salesforce and Hive systems; documents SOPs; and partners with planning and leadership on forecasts, utilization reporting, and operational improvements.

Manage day-to-day insight-driven client work, monitor cultural and digital trends, create research-based presentations, track campaign KPIs, and support business development. Serve as primary client contact for insights, develop decks and proposals, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and case studies.
