The Director of Transformation at UTA Advisory manages client relationships and oversees teams to deliver strategic solutions in media and marketing. Responsibilities include engagement management, strategic analysis, collaboration, and business development within a client-centric framework.

Lead growth strategy and engagement delivery for media and technology clients. Manage client relationships, structure complex workstreams, conduct market and quantitative analysis, supervise junior staff, and drive business development and execution of strategic recommendations.

Manage payments and reconciliations, vendor and employee onboarding, product placement operations, and system support. Build Airtable automations, maintain Salesforce and Hive data integrity, create SOPs, and drive process improvements with AI-assisted workflows.

Manage day-to-day insight-driven client work, monitor cultural and digital trends, create research-based presentations, track campaign KPIs, and support business development. Serve as primary client contact for insights, develop decks and proposals, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and case studies.

Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned departments: enter and maintain client bookings, ensure GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, process payments, liaise with agents/clients on invoices and tax matters, provide forecasting and collection reports, monitor quality metrics, and improve booking processes while supporting ad hoc requests.

Lead market and company research, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop market sizing and business cases, support client deliverables, manage project logistics and timelines, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership across media, entertainment, marketing, and technology clients.

The Senior Associate will conduct market research and analysis, manage client projects, develop strategic insights, and support junior team members, contributing to media and marketing consulting efforts.
