Executes full-cycle recruitment, including partnering with hiring managers, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and employment documentation. Supports workforce reporting, performance management, retention, employee development, engagement, culture initiatives, and work authorization compliance. The role is fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan, five days per week, with responsibility for recruitment process improvement and HR projects.

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective SMB clients: make cold calls, gather business and payment data, schedule appointments, collect statements for pricing analysis, manage pipeline, follow up leads, and meet sales targets. Fully onsite, bilingual Mandarin reading/writing required.
