Execute full-cycle recruiting and daily HR operations: partner with hiring managers, post and source candidates, screen and interview, manage background checks, handle onboarding/offboarding, enforce work authorization compliance, produce HR reports, support performance management, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.

Provide onsite, Mandarin-language technical support for POS software and hardware: install, configure, onboard and train users, perform remote troubleshooting, liaise with Sales and Operations, collect user feedback for product improvements, and assist with inventory tracking.

The POS System Specialist assists clients with POS software and hardware, troubleshoot systems, manage deployments, and support Sales and Operations teams.

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective SMB clients: make cold calls, gather business and payment data, schedule appointments, collect statements for pricing analysis, manage pipeline, follow up leads, and meet sales targets. Fully onsite, bilingual Mandarin reading/writing required.

Perform full-cycle accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, general ledger maintenance, cash flow and monthly income statement preparation, financial analysis, and ad hoc accounting projects to improve processes.
