Must commit to full program and actively work on-site.

Lead instructional coaching and curriculum implementation by supporting teachers through observations, co-planning, data-driven instruction, professional development, and behavior management. Serve as liaison to the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, manage credit recovery and remote instruction, and monitor progress to improve outcomes for over-age, under-credited high school students.

Coach teachers on SDI and MLL practices, run data-informed instructional sessions, coordinate IEP meetings and related services, ensure legal compliance, and provide professional development.
