Oversees facility operations for a homeless services program, including maintenance, security, fire safety, kitchen operations, inspections, repairs, inventory, staffing, compliance, purchasing, reporting, and emergency response. Supervises operations personnel, manages building systems and preventive maintenance, ensures regulatory compliance, supports client safety, coordinates training and hiring, and serves on call for emergencies.
