Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

Valtech offers traditional and Roth 401(k) through Mercer Wise Retirement. Target-date and self-directed investment options are available.

Offers disability insurance

We offer employer-paid Short-term Disability & Long-term Disability plans.

Provides 401(K) matching

Valtech will match 100% of 401(k) contributions up to 4% of your salary. Contributions are immediately vested.

Offers life insurance

We offer no-cost basic life and AD&D insurance policies for all employees equal to one year of salary.

Offers dental insurance

Valtech offers two options for national coverage though The Standard. Both plans provide 100% preventative care (includes oral exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride treatment).

Offers health insurance

Valtech offers three plans through BCBS. The HDHP has an HSA with an employer contribution up to $1,500 per year. Our self-funded plan enables a broad range of coverage for medical expenses.

Offers vision insurance

National vision coverage through The Standard (VSP) provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $10 copay, lenses covered after a $25 copay and frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150

Offers transgender health care benefits

Offers Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Valtech employees can make pre-tax contributions to a variety of Flexible Spending Accounts, including Medical FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Accounts.

Valtech partners with Nationwide to offer an exclusive, bundled plan at a discounted rate.

Offers mental health benefits

All Valtech plans include coverage for in-network mental health providers, including telehealth through MDLive.

Provides family medical leave

Valtech offers unpaid Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for eligible employees.

Provides fertility benefits

All medical plans cover infertility treatment with an annual maximum or $25,000 for medical procedures with no limit of pharmacy coverage.

Birthing parents will receive Short-term Disability at 100% up to 8 weeks. Additionally, our Child Bonding Leave offers 8 weeks of bonding leave at 100% pay for all parents.
