Design, develop, and productionize multimodal AI systems (VLMs, LLMs, reasoning models) and end-to-end ML pipelines for geospatial data. Build training/experiment frameworks, synthetic datasets, scalable inference, monitoring, and collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver Earth intelligence solutions.

Develop and deliver instructor-led and product-specific geospatial and imagery analysis training for international customers. Create curricula, labs, materials, and evaluations; apply imagery tradecraft to content; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales; provide geospatial analysis support and continuously improve programs based on feedback and operational outcomes. Must report to Tampa and travel internationally as required.
