Lead and scale an experiential marketing practice from Vector Media’s NYC HQ. Own end-to-end activation lifecycle: strategy, creative translation, budgeting, vendor contracting, permitting, production logistics, on-site execution, P&L management, and team building. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Operations, and Finance to deliver high-impact experiential campaigns that meet client objectives and profitability targets.

The VP, Brand Partnerships will capture untapped markets and promote Vector's media offerings, focusing on long-term brand partnerships, particularly in beauty and fashion. Responsibilities include client outreach, strategic planning, and driving contract negotiations.

Manage full accounting cycle including cash reconciliation, AR/AP, revenue recognition, and month-end close. Prepare and review journal entries, support JV accounting, partner on FP&A analyses, and improve accounting processes and controls to scale finance operations.
