Develops and owns full-stack applications for a real-time syndicated loan platform. Responsibilities include building front-end and backend services, collaborating with Product and UX, writing maintainable code, implementing full-stack test automation, optimizing performance and scalability, maintaining design systems, supporting technical foundations, and mentoring team members.

As a Database Administrator, you'll optimize database performance, manage health and monitoring, enforce governance, and collaborate with engineering teams on SQL optimization and application integration across Azure-managed databases.

Supports client onboarding, vendor due diligence, risk management, SLA monitoring, governance, audits, executive reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and strategic initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, improves operational processes, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board materials, identifies risks and efficiencies, and supports client service delivery in a fintech environment.

Provide hands-on technical support to syndicated-loan platform clients, troubleshooting complex cross-technology issues and managing them through resolution. Monitor production systems, identify potential problems, collaborate with product and technology teams, and communicate client feedback to drive platform improvements. The role requires financial or fintech knowledge, SQL and database skills, SDLC and object-oriented programming understanding, RESTful API familiarity, ticketing workflow experience, and strong communication.

Drive enterprise sales of Versana's fintech platform in the syndicated loan market. Build and manage a sales pipeline, execute territory plans, conduct product demonstrations, close complex enterprise deals, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
