Own full-cycle sales in Florida for market-rate and affordable housing developers and operators. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, pipeline management, contract closing, and building the company’s sales process. The role manages multi-million-dollar deals involving permitting, zoning, financing, and land acquisition, while partnering with founders on pricing, strategy, and go-to-market decisions.

Owns end-to-end physical delivery of Vessel buildings, including manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, procurement, logistics, field execution, quality, cost, and schedule. The role leads factories, contractors, suppliers, and construction partners; builds scalable operating systems; drives continuous improvement; and develops feedback loops across Operations, Product, and Engineering. Significant travel to factories, project sites, and new markets is required.
