Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vestmark VAST portfolio management capabilities (UMA, SMA, multi-sleeve, overlay trading, rebalancing). Serve as subject-matter expert translating portfolio management operations into prioritized requirements, partner with engineering, design, and client delivery, engage portfolio managers and sponsor clients, and represent product in client/RFP/executive conversations to drive adoption across wealth management channels.

Manage day-to-day personalized direct index portfolios including construction, rebalances, tax transitioning and tax-loss harvesting, ESG customizations, and monitoring corporate actions. Provide portfolio analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis; collaborate with trading, client service, and operations to improve processes, tools, and investment outcomes while supporting product and asset class expansion.

Serve as primary liaison to custodians, asset managers, and vendors; build and own per-custodian playbooks; drive custodian integration, onboarding velocity, escalation resolution, and advisor-facing configuration. Lead cross-functional programs, measure partnership performance, and continuously improve operational processes to reduce advisor friction and standardize implementations.
