Own end-to-end procurement for a global fintech kiosk network: develop cost-saving strategies, source and negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts and purchase orders, oversee procurement IT systems, perform risk assessments, control budgets, and report supplier performance and spend to management.

Own financial data integrity across a multi-brand home services business: trace and correct expenses, ensure PO and job costing accuracy, reconcile field service platform, QuickBooks, and CRM, produce commission reports, maintain KPIs and dashboards, write data standards, and investigate margin and variance issues while coordinating with ownership, accounting, operations, and sales.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a high-volume, multi-channel cryptocurrency business: reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, cash and transaction reconciliations across kiosk network, digital asset accounting, AP/AR, expense and vendor management, compliance support, and accounting systems optimization in a fully remote environment.

Hands-on senior accountant managing full-cycle accounting for roofing and construction projects: month-end close, reconciliations, job costing, WIP, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, A/P and A/R, subcontractor/vendor payments, federal compliance support, and QuickBooks Online integrations to streamline processes in a fully remote environment.
