Owns integrated program planning and execution across clinical, product, commercial, finance, marketing, legal, and client success teams. Establishes governance, tracks milestones and dependencies, coordinates product and operational rollouts, drives readiness across billing, communications, clinical programs, and measurement, and escalates cross-functional blockers. The role supports growth-stage healthcare transformation initiatives and produces concise executive updates.

Drive growth across Vida’s payer segments by securing partnerships with health plans and PBMs, particularly Medicare Advantage organizations. Build and manage the business development pipeline, lead RFPs, develop customized proposals, engage executive stakeholders, and close complex healthcare deals. The role also contributes to payer strategy, value-based reimbursement initiatives, market positioning, and product development while collaborating with sales, clinical, product, and account management teams.

Leads end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of strategic healthcare partner integrations. Acts as the primary operational contact for partners, manages workflows, configurations, SLAs, escalations, and performance reviews, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Develops implementation standards, supports partner vetting, drives scalable processes, and identifies opportunities for partner growth and service improvements.

Build Python backend services and data-intensive systems supporting member identity, eligibility, billing, partner integrations, reporting, and analytics. Design APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data pipelines; validate, reconcile, retry, replay, and recover inconsistent external data. Improve production reliability, observability, testing, and performance while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations. The role offers growth toward independent ownership of services and technical decisions.

Own and evolve production data systems supporting healthcare, claims, billing, analytics, and reporting. Design resilient ingestion patterns, data contracts, models, schemas, and pipelines that handle incomplete, duplicated, delayed, and changing data. Improve performance, observability, failure handling, retries, backfills, and replay safety. Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and analytics teams while making architecture decisions and documenting technical changes.

Serve as Vida’s first dedicated Site Reliability Engineer, modernizing Terraform, standardizing environments, improving CI/CD, scaling GCP and Kubernetes infrastructure, upgrading databases and runtimes, and strengthening monitoring, observability, security, and operational processes. The role includes building runbooks, on-call and escalation procedures, supporting enterprise launches, managing infrastructure costs, and evaluating multi-cluster Kubernetes architecture in a fully remote environment.

Owns strategic sales partnerships with major health plans and PBMs, generating pipeline and revenue through relationship management, consultative selling, and healthcare solution positioning. Develops partner strategies, identifies upsell opportunities, manages complex deals, analyzes partner performance, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, clinical, legal, and client success teams. Represents Vida at industry events and supports value-based reimbursement strategy.

Own the vision and roadmap for Vida’s internal operations systems, integrating support, clinical, fulfillment, healthcare, and data platforms. Partner with operations leaders and engineers to replace manual processes with scalable workflows, automations, integrations, and internal tools. Analyze existing systems, define data flows, improve operational visibility, and prioritize initiatives that reduce resolution time and cost while minimizing oversight.

Lead the hands-on development of Vida’s secure data and AI/ML platform, including ingestion, data modeling, MLOps, model serving, feature pipelines, LLM integrations, DevOps, observability, and infrastructure. Partner with security and IT to protect sensitive health data and meet HIPAA/HITRUST-aligned controls while establishing scalable engineering patterns across the organization.
