Manage strategic enterprise nonprofit customers throughout the SaaS lifecycle, driving product adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve issues proactively, provide product guidance, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally. Own renewal and upsell processes, including negotiations and pricing strategies, while collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and product teams.

Own and evolve a production design system in code used across multiple products: tokens, primitives, components, distribution, documentation, and adoption. Ship production UI work, ensure accessibility, enable AI-consumable patterns, partner with designers, instrument metrics, and drive engineering adoption and throughput.

Owner of full-stack features and platform reliability: build scalable web applications, optimize PostgreSQL performance, maintain asynchronous infrastructure (Celery), migrate frontend to server-side HTMX, ship revenue-driving features, ensure observability and SLO-driven reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, write testable code, and participate in architecture and code reviews.
