Manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account support for commercial and industrial customers in demand-response energy programs. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive timely market entry, maintain accurate records, and support sales to grow customer relationships and revenue.

The intern will support market research, project management, and analysis of energy market opportunities while enhancing their skills in operational processes.

Design and own a 90-day onboarding program, create and maintain sales playbooks and training content, run recurring training (remote and in-person), manage the Lessonly LMS, analyze training gaps, and lead cross-functional enablement projects to accelerate sales ramp and performance.
