Owns partner lifecycle strategy, revenue growth, complex C-suite negotiations, pipeline development, innovative partnership initiatives, and implementation. Builds relationships with major fitness providers, represents Wellhub at industry events, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-touch partner experiences.

Own the strategy, roadmap, design, experimentation, analytics, and execution of Wellhub’s B2B website experience. Lead product managers, UX designers, analytics professionals, and developers while evolving the site toward an agentic AI operating model. Drive conversion optimization, reporting, personalization, SEO, GEO/AEO, and AI-assisted workflows. Establish guardrails for AI, manage design systems and web platforms, and partner cross-functionally on launches, campaigns, and global website localization.

Design and scale 0-to-1 commercial GTM playbooks for supply-side partnerships. Model partner performance and ROI, deploy AI-driven workflows and automation, bridge partners to Finance/Legal/Product/Ops, run rapid pilots, and optimize contract terms to drive network expansion and cost savings.

Build and launch Wellhub's Channel Marketing program: define processes, tiered partner strategies, create partner-facing assets, run major partner events, coordinate cross-functional activation, and track channel performance and ROI.
