Assist in classroom operations for individuals with developmental disabilities: implement IDT goals, provide activities of daily living support, collect/document progress, apply behavioral interventions using OPWDD-approved techniques, complete required certifications (AMAP, SCIP, CPR, First Aid), supervise meals and appointments, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Lead program operations to ensure compliance with New York City DOHMH standards. Oversee hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, scheduling, budgets, QA, reporting, resident care planning and discharge, staff development, payroll, purchasing, safety issues, and transport residents as needed. Coordinate with Intake and leadership and report to the Deputy Director.

Provide direct care and medical advocacy for persons served: accompany to appointments, coordinate with nurses and providers, manage medications (EMAR), document in EHR, perform ADLs (including G-tube and Hoyer lift transfers), operate agency vehicles, complete required safety/CPR/First Aid trainings, and communicate medical needs and documentation to the care team.

Provide IPS vocational services within an ACT program: rapid job search, employer engagement, job coaching, vocational assessments, job readiness training, placement coordination, and ongoing employment support. Spend majority of time in the community, document in EHRs (NYESS, CAIRS, VelloHealth), collaborate with ACT team and community partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and support participant recovery and retention.

Provide peer-based mental health support through skills teaching, advocacy, community linkage, and documented field visits. Model recovery, assist with travel training and social/recreational planning, participate in treatment goal development, supervision, trainings, and timely reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

Coordinate daily operations of the Bridger program, supervise staff, screen and assess clients for discharge, ensure compliance with agency and DOHMH/DMH regulations, manage schedules and documentation, oversee physical plant compliance, report incidents within 24 hours, remain on-call 24/7 for emergencies, and support program development and staff training.

Provide administrative oversight for an ACT program: manage phone and correspondence, maintain EHR and billing records, schedule appointments, track petty cash, support nursing with authorizations, generate reports, ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate office operations.
