Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO and Executive Vice President of Financial Lines. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, executive communications, presentation preparation, meeting support, expense reporting, initiative tracking, issue resolution, and confidential information management. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Provides actuarial pricing support for US specialty insurance lines. Responsibilities include profitability and segmentation analysis, portfolio reporting, exposure analysis, technical pricing model improvements, account pricing evaluations, data quality enhancement, predictive modeling, product-launch due diligence, and communicating analytical insights to underwriting and business partners.

Oversee financial lines, private D&O, EPL, and plastic card fraud claims handled by MGUs. Monitor investigations, reserves, coverage, compliance, settlements, and resolution strategies. Review bordereaux, communicate with claim handlers and business partners, escalate significant developments, maintain documentation, support mediations, and coordinate defense counsel and other vendors. Travel may be required.

Reviews and processes new business, renewal, and endorsement submissions for completeness, accuracy, rating, policy construction, and compliance. Maintains transaction correspondence and diaries, manages underwriting service inquiries, analyzes underwriting reports and financial information, supports quality control, updates internal reports, and contributes to special projects while handling high-volume deadlines.

Manage specialty commercial insurance claims, including D&O, E&O, EPL, fiduciary, and crime claims, from investigation and coverage evaluation through settlement. Review policies, establish reserves, prepare reports, communicate developments, collaborate with counsel and underwriting, manage vendors and litigation budgets, participate in mediations, and support claim trend and policy language analysis. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and investigative skills, a bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctor, adjuster licensing, and four days onsite weekly.

Analyzes business processes, systems, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Documents current-state processes, develops procedures and workflow diagrams, supports audits, and evaluates change effectiveness. Collaborates with stakeholders on project scopes, business cases, implementation, testing, training, and UAT releases. Monitors KPIs, recommends system and process enhancements, provides training and technical assistance, and coordinates multiple initiatives across business, IT, and servicing departments.

Partner with Specialty Finance leadership and business leaders on three-year budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, capital investment analysis, strategic planning, and business development. Develop financial systems and processes, coordinate finance deliverables, support operating reviews, and provide actionable recommendations across cross-functional teams.
