Develop motion toolkits and brand standards, present creative work, collaborate with marketing and operations, guide external partners, conduct creative tests, and incorporate AI tools while maintaining high craft standards.

Lead motion design projects from brief to final frame: concept, storyboards, 2D animation, editing, finishing, and versioning for social, web, paid, and events. Build motion toolkits and standards, present work, guide partners, run tests with marketing, and shoot/edit footage as needed.
