Lead Wonder's accounting public-readiness by operationalizing SOX-level controls, automating month-end close, and optimizing ERP-driven workflows. Partner with Fintech and Group Controllers to implement reconciliations, data integrity checks, and accounting software (NetSuite, BlackLine, FloQast). Run the transformation PMO, manage vendors/advisors, and embed SOPs and key controls to scale accounting operations and ensure auditability.

Manage month-end/quarter/year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, maintain internal controls, support audits, apply US GAAP to complex transactions, improve accounting processes, and oversee general ledger and specialized accounting areas (advertising, promotions, content capitalization).

Manage technology procurement across Wonder Group. Focus on sourcing, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and cost-saving strategies across tech categories.
