Advocate Wood Mackenzie services, shape product roadmap with client feedback, and deliver on short- and long-term commercial objectives.

Lead global sales incentive compensation strategy, plan design, financial modeling, governance, and optimization. Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to align compensation with growth and productivity, drive analytics and reporting, oversee policy and administration, and build a high-performing compensation team.
