Leads Workato’s North American RSI and specialist partner portfolio, managing Alliance Managers and owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets. Builds executive partner relationships, translates global strategy into regional execution, drives co-selling and pipeline growth, expands partnerships, and supports strategic partner recruitment. The role also oversees enablement, certification, forecasting, territory planning, performance reporting, and partner feedback while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept for Workato’s enterprise sales cycles. Advise Fortune 500 customers on iPaaS, integration, automation, AI orchestration, and agentic workflows, translating technical capabilities into business value. Partner with account teams and post-sales functions, support RFIs/RFPs, facilitate customer onboarding and first value, represent Workato at events, and channel customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

Manage enterprise customer relationships from prospecting through post-sale growth, including upselling, executive engagement, workshops, product education, QBRs, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment. The role requires selling software solutions to technical and business stakeholders, developing customer relationships, conducting outbound prospecting, and contributing to sales-process development in a fast-growing startup environment.

Lead technical pre-sales engagement for Workato by running discovery, workshops, demos, and POCs; architect and validate integration/automation solutions; collaborate with AEs, solution architects, and customer success; respond to RFIs/RFPs; evangelize platform at events and through developer marketing.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will design and implement AI-driven solutions, focusing on autonomous workflows and integration using the Workato platform. Responsibilities include developing agent-based AI workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing system performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
