The temporary Accounts Payable Specialist will process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, credit card charges, and AP transactions using FundEZ, Ramp, Certify, and NetSuite. Responsibilities include obtaining approvals, coding payments, maintaining vendor records and digital files, collecting W-9s, reconciling entries to the general ledger, responding to vendor and staff inquiries, and supporting budget-versus-actual reporting. The role supports finance operations through April 30, 2027.

Owns and maintains organizing data systems, voter-contact tools, and organizational databases. Ensures data integrity through quality assurance, audits, standardized processes, documentation, and permission management. Supports organizers by troubleshooting tools, managing data requests, providing training, and improving workflows. Writes SQL queries in BigQuery, develops reports and visualizations, supports integrations, and collaborates with engineering and analytics teams on data models and priorities.
