Perform traffic analysis and simulation using industry tools, design traffic plans in Bentley/AutoCAD, conduct safety analyses, review traffic data, compile information, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead enterprise architecture and integrations across on‑premises and cloud (Azure/AWS). Define requirements, select platforms, design and document system architecture, ensure security, scalability, and resiliency, manage ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce/VantagePoint), mentor technical staff, coordinate vendor evaluations and handoffs, and produce training and documentation across the solution lifecycle.

Lead traffic engineering project delivery including design of traffic projects and traffic elements, prepare reports and memos, ensure QA/QC, pursue business development, research emerging technologies, and incorporate sustainable practices. Coordinate across functional groups and support occasional field visits.

Lead and manage traffic engineering projects for public and private clients. Prepare and review traffic design and construction documents, conduct traffic forecasting and microsimulation (VISSIM/CORSIM), perform safety analyses and technical memorandums, supervise engineers and technicians, support business development and proposals, and research emerging traffic technologies.

Lead technical delivery of complex substation projects, develop execution and quality-control processes, mentor and manage engineering staff, coordinate multi-discipline teams, support budgeting, resource planning, change management, business development, and occasional field/client travel.
