Own a channel partner territory and drive healthcare IT adoption through partner field teams. Responsibilities include joint selling into health systems, territory and account planning, partner enablement, sales training, CRM pipeline management, deployment expansion, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Interoperability. The role requires extensive travel, healthcare technology sales experience, quota attainment, and the ability to influence partner representatives without direct authority.

Design and architect scalable AI-powered software systems, make technical decisions, ship production code, optimize performance, and resolve technical roadblocks. Partner cross-functionally to deliver initiatives from concept through completion, champion AI-forward development workflows, and contribute to evolving platform and product architecture in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Own and advance strategic enterprise accounts, creating opportunities without inbound leads or inherited relationships. Lead complex, multi-threaded sales pursuits with C-suite stakeholders across healthcare, technical, financial, and operational functions. Support high-stakes deals, develop account-entry strategies, manage pricing and structuring, maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, and meet revenue targets. Translate field insights into reusable sales plays, executive narratives, objection handling, and enablement content.

Own quality control, regulatory alignment, and performance reporting for AI-powered clinical extractors. Analyze accuracy, consistency, data quality, provenance, and performance drift; guide extraction logic and clinical interpretation; support FHIR and CSV data exports; and contribute to governance, de-identification, validation, and client reporting. Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Clinical Informatics while serving as a clinical subject-matter expert, particularly in oncology and real-world evidence.

Leads xCures’ product marketing function, owning product positioning, go-to-market strategy, packaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Builds and mentors the Product Marketing team while translating complex healthcare data and AI products into compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers. Partners with Product and Commercial leadership on roadmap priorities, pricing, ROI frameworks, market expansion, and major customer opportunities.
