Executive leader overseeing YMCA of Yonkers programs and services, providing strategic partnership to the CEO, supervising program directors and managers, ensuring program performance, compliance, and cross-functional coordination, leading reentry and violence-prevention initiatives, supporting fundraising and partnerships, and driving organizational effectiveness and staff development.

Lead fundraising, communications, and external relations for YMCA of Yonkers. Develop and execute fundraising and grants strategy, manage donor pipelines, oversee communications and media, supervise staff, support Board fundraising, and build community partnerships to meet revenue goals and increase visibility.

Serve as strategic partner to the President & CEO, oversee programmatic operations across youth development, reentry, wellness, and workforce initiatives; supervise program leaders; ensure compliance with funder requirements; coordinate cross-functional projects, performance management, and community partnerships to advance organizational priorities and program outcomes.
