Supports chapter managers and regional leadership through communications, onboarding, process management, reporting, meeting logistics, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyzes regional data, maintains collaboration platforms, improves workflows, manages stakeholder requests, and coordinates executive and board meetings. The role serves as a strategic partner to regional leaders, helping strengthen chapter health, member engagement, and operational effectiveness across a global organization.

Designs, builds, secures, and governs RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting member, chapter, and agentic AI ecosystems. Owns API lifecycle management, semantic data models, versioning, testing, documentation, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Implements serverless, event-driven AWS architectures with strong IAM, privacy, consent, and explainability controls. Collaborates across Product, Data Architecture, IT, Security, and ML teams to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and governed APIs.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Members, Chapters, and Agentic Ecosystem APIs. Define API specs (GraphQL/REST), governance, developer experience, and integrations with engineering, data, security, and partners. Enable safe AI agent integrations, enforce consent/privacy, monitor adoption and reliability, and drive API observability, versioning, and deprecation practices.
