Manage post-sales relationships with public-sector customers, driving ZeroFox platform adoption, retention, optimization, training, and successful outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource, coordinate configuration changes and integrations, deliver reporting and web-based training, troubleshoot customer challenges, and advocate internally for customer needs. Partner with technical teams, product, services, and executives to improve customer experiences and identify opportunities for expanded platform usage.

Collects and analyzes open-source, social media, cyber, physical security, geopolitical, and reputation-risk information to identify threats and assess client risk. Produces alerts, intelligence reports, trend analyses, strategic assessments, briefings, and recurring deliverables. Conducts investigations, validates online evidence, supports threat monitoring, collaborates with collection and support teams, and recommends operational improvements.
