Early-career engineer building production AI systems: AI agents and voice AI to resolve care incidents, deep EMR integrations (WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare), real-time search/indexing, and human+AI closed-loop systems to keep home care running.

Lead enterprise customer success for national home care networks and health systems. Own pilots through expansion, run executive cadence, diagnose workflows, coordinate technical triage with engineering, build onboarding/playbooks, influence roadmap, and travel for go-lives and QBRs (~30%).

Build and run the talent engine: design sourcing and talent-marketing experiments, build scrapers, pipelines, monitoring and outreach systems, create dashboards treating talent as a funnel, persuade top candidates, and iterate a repeatable recruiting playbook while working closely with founders and investor networks.

Own and implement the backend runtime for real-time care coordination: encode executable SOPs, route issues to agents or humans, implement retries/fallbacks/timers, track session state, and integrate observability while collaborating with product and principal engineering to drive sessions to closure.

Build and maintain GTM infrastructure and automations (lead enrichment, routing, CRM workflows, dashboards). Ship growth experiments, enable sales tooling, run upsell motions, and translate CEO growth strategy into technical systems at founder speed.
