The Senior Accountant will own key areas of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and tax coordination. The role will help establish internal controls, maintain accounting processes, evaluate and implement ERP systems, and improve workflows using AI. The position requires collaboration with the Controller and RevOps in a rapidly growing, venture-backed SaaS company.

Own partner-network relationships after agreement signing, managing onboarding, contractual commitments, co-marketing, advisor adoption, and network penetration. Drive net-new bookings, expansions, trials, conversions, webinars, demos, and enablement activities. Track activation and pipeline metrics in Salesforce, coordinate with strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, account management, RevOps, and product teams, and forecast bookings across multiple financial-advisor networks.

Lead and scale the enterprise customer success function for Zocks, managing a team of Enterprise CSMs to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion with large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and financial firms. Build playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships while personally engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Partner with enterprise financial firms to design and implement scalable practice management programs. Lead executive engagement, success roadmapping, content and curriculum development, and live facilitation. Drive adoption through program design, data-driven recommendations, and feedback to Product. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Lead enterprise practice management engagements for large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurers. Design rollout strategies, build scalable enablement programs and content, run discovery workshops, analyze data to recommend operational improvements, and deliver in-person/virtual facilitation and industry presentations. Act as enterprise client voice to product and travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.
