Develop backend infrastructure, data models, APIs, features, and core systems. Write reliable, scalable, testable code; maintain software testing and documentation; support ML systems; resolve customer issues; and design observability- and SLA-conscious solutions. The role primarily owns large backend projects and collaborates with application and frontend engineers while using AWS, PostgreSQL, Node.js, TypeGraphQL, Apollo, Express, ClickHouse, and React.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, design and demo Zoom-based collaboration and telephony solutions, implement proofs of concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and feature requests. Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and maintain advanced proficiency across video, voice, networking, security, APIs/SDKs, and AI.

Act as a product expert and technical advisor through the sales cycle, translating customer needs into solution designs, leading tailored demos and pilots, designing data and integration approaches, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and drive adoption.

Lead integrations and data-sync product strategy to ensure reliable, fresh GTM data. Ship integrations, APIs, and AI-agent workflows; own reliability metrics, customer relationships, migrations, and cross-functional execution with engineering and design.

Lead global integrated marketing strategy and campaign systems across awareness to expansion. Orchestrate multi-channel, AI-informed programs, align cross-functional stakeholders, scale regional execution, and measure pipeline and revenue impact through robust attribution and experimentation frameworks.

Sell Zoom's Workplace Platform to midmarket customers by prospecting, managing inbound leads, upselling existing accounts, delivering demos and proposals, conducting QBRs, engaging C-level executives, qualifying needs, and coordinating technical resources to close deals.
