About the project 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the operational backbone of digital experience initiatives — from design system enablement and requirements documentation through experimentation coordination and personalization strategy — ensuring every initiative progresses efficiently and with measurable impact. 

Whatyou’lldo 

  • Lead and coordinate design program operations, ensuring product and design initiatives are executed efficiently across design, engineering, QA, and content teams. 
  • Ensure design system components are effectively understood and adopted within product features — creating documentation, sharing knowledge, and bridging the gap between design and development. 
  • Define and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for digital experience initiatives, translating business goals into clear, actionable specifications. 
  • Build and maintain product backlogs, drive sprint planning, and ensure features progress efficiently through the Scrum lifecycle. 
  • Document and manage logic-based product scenarios and business rules. 
  • Partner with experimentation teams to define and coordinate A/B testing initiatives, using results to validate and iterate on digital experience strategies. 
  • Collaborate with data teams to identify user segments and web profile data opportunities that inform personalization and targeting decisions. 
  • Support roadmap development and feature prioritization, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility. 
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating proactively on program status and deliverables. 
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements. 

What makes you a great fit🎯 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield. 
  • 5+ Years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Design Operations. 
  • 1+ Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar component-based CMS platforms. 
  • Proven experience coordinating programs across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams. 
  • Strong experience working with design systems. 
  • Strong ability to write clear product documentation. 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and translating product objectives into actionable development requirements. 
  • Advanced English Level isrequiredfor this role,as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
