Position Summary

The Level 4 EVM/Supply Chain Coordinator ensures that the Control Account Manager (CAM) and Release‑Train Engineer (RTE) meet their daily earned‑value obligations while also serving as the central hub for professional‑services procurement and supply‑chain activities.  The role combines EVM oversight, supplier liaison, and full‑cycle procurement support to keep schedule, cost, and technical performance aligned with program objectives.

Core Responsibilities

·                     EVM Process Oversight    Monitor CAM and RTE execution of earned‑value tasks (EAC updates, variance reporting, data entry).   Flag gaps or delays, chase required information, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.   Coordinate with Integrated Program Team Members (ITPMs) to keep tool data current.

·                     Supply‑Chain Liaison    Partner directly with Supply‑Chain Managers for monthly supplier‑invoice validation, staffing updates, and PO maintenance.   Ensure all supplier data is accurately reflected in EVM tools and program baselines.

·                     Professional Services & Procurement Support    Perform price analysis and develop cost‑justified recommendations for professional‑services engagements.   Prepare, document, and place Purchase Orders (POs) against approved Statements of Work (SOW).   Reconcile supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing.   Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to SOWs for suppliers.   Work with Program leads and other business areas on supplier‑ and procurement‑related matters.   Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for supply‑chain processes, advising both internal teams and external suppliers.

·                     Category Management Collaboration    Work directly with Global Supply‑Chain Category Managers to manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.   Align supplier activities with contractual guardrails and SOW requirements.

·                     Data & Analytics    Conduct advanced Excel analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and overdue actions.   Assist with Tableau dashboards analysis to visualize CAM/RTE performance and procurement metrics.

·                     Process Improvement & Documentation    Capture best‑practice procedures for CAM/RTE oversight, supplier invoice reconciliation, and PO lifecycle.   Recommend enhancements to EVM tools and procurement workflows.

·                     Leadership & Communication    Act as the escalation point when CAM, RTE, or supplier deliverables are at risk.   Foster collaboration across engineering, supply‑chain, finance, and program teams.

Basic Qualifications

·                     U.S. citizenship (required for special‑access facility).

·                     10 years relevant experience

·                     Working knowledge of IMS tools such as OpenPlan

·                     Strong background in supply‑chain management, including PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and SOW administration.

·                     Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA preferred).

·                     Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

·                     Willingness to travel occasionally and provide off‑hour/weekend support as needed.

Desired Skills

·                     Experience creating concise, data‑driven presentations for senior leadership.

·                     Direct experience with Discrete Control Account Management environments.

·                     Demonstrated expertise as a supply‑chain SME, especially in professional‑services pricing and procurement.

·                     Prior work with Global Supply‑Chain Category Managers and managing supplier relationships across guardrails.

·                     Experience supporting EVM compliance activities (audits, customer reviews).
